I pulled this 3ds max cat into maya using the game exporter. Still had joints and weight paints, but no controllers, and the creator of the rig wasn't very helpful. I would send this over to him, if I knew how to make any other controllers besides circles. I'm sure he would be pretty grossed out by my shoddy constrains and hierarchies.
Ladies and Gentlemen, our cat is rigged.
